Kingston on the Edge (KOTE) not happening this year, although some events still scheduled

On the weekend, we received a note from KOTE Organizing Committee indicating that KOTE – as an all-embracing, cohesive arts festival - will not be happening this year.  That said, a few of their scheduled events are still scheduled to take place, on a standalone basis, this week: Edna Manley College's final year show, the National Gallery's open house which will include a performance component, The Roktowa's cafe opening, Studio 174's show and a film at Bob Marley museum.
